Rescheduling an Appointment
To reschedule an appointment, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Go to the dashboard
  2. Click on "Schedule"
  3. Select the appointment that you need to reschedule
  4. Click on the "Edit" button
  5. Change the date and time of the appointment as required. Tip: you can click on the "Date & time" field and select the suitable slot for the appointment through the calendar view (it also guides users based on the length of the shoeing cycle of the horse)
  6. Click on "Save."

If you selected the option to share an email/SMS notification, your contact will receive an email/SMS with the updated date and time.
