EQUINET is built for horse owners and hoofcare professionals, including farriers, and for everyone else who is part of a horse's care team, such as vets, stable managers, and other care professionals. Everyone you invite works from the same horse profile, and you decide what each person can see and do.

Yes. EQUINET is available on iPhone and Android phones, and there is also a web version for computers and tablets. Sign in with the same account on every device.

Your information syncs whenever your device is online. Before you switch to another device, open EQUINET while you are connected so that your latest changes are available everywhere.

Yes. The Core plan is free. With Core, you can own one horse and invite others to it, look after an unlimited number of other people's horses as a carer, use expense tracking and offline notes, and create up to 5 invoices a month.

If you need more horses, unlimited invoicing, a QuickBooks or Xero connection, automatic reminders, or AI features, you can choose one of the paid plans: Care, Premium, or Business.

EQUINET has four plans:

• Core (free): For individuals managing one horse who want to try EQUINET and use its tools to manage their day-to-day tasks.
• Care: For those responsible for multiple horses, with support for up to 10 horses.
• Premium: For individuals working independently with horses, with support for up to 50 horses.
• Business: For teams, yards, and larger operations, with support for an unlimited number of horses.

No. Every plan, including the free Core plan, lets you look after an unlimited number of horses as a carer when their owners give you access.

Your plan sets how many horses you can own yourself: 1 on Core, up to 10 on Care, up to 50 on Premium, and an unlimited number on Business.

Passwords cannot be changed from inside the app. To set a new password:
1. Sign out (Profile > Sign Out).
2. On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot your Password?"
3. Open the link we send you on the phone where EQUINET is installed. The link opens the app, where you enter and confirm your new password.

If you sign in with Apple, Google, or your phone number, you do not have an EQUINET password. Continue to sign in the same way.

Go to Profile > Notifications. You can turn push notifications on or off and choose which in-app and email notifications you receive. All your notifications are listed under the bell icon at the top of the Home screen.

Each horse has its own profile, where you, and the people you allow to add records, can keep records such as vet visits, vaccinations, and farrier work, along with photos and videos. This keeps the horse's history in one place instead of spread across messages, emails, and paper notes.

A horse's record contains the entries that you and the people you allow to add records create. When someone adds or updates a record, the change appears for the people who have access to it once their devices have synced. Adding records soon after each visit keeps the history current for everyone.

Yes. EQUINET shows every horse you are connected to in one list, so owners with several horses and professionals who work with many clients can move between them easily.

Auto-fill lets you create a record by voice. Record a voice note describing the work you did, and EQUINET drafts the record for you, including the horse, the hoof, the work performed, and your notes. Review the details, make any corrections, and then save.

Auto-fill is one of EQUINET's AI features, which are included in the paid plans (Care, Premium, and Business). AI features are not available on the free Core plan.

AI Credits are used by EQUINET's AI features, such as auto-fill. Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance: 25 credits on Care, 100 on Premium, and 200 on Business. AI features are not available on the free Core plan.

Yes. You can add photos and videos directly to a horse's profile. They are stored with that horse's record, so they are easy to find later.

Media in EQUINET is linked to the right horse and its history. A conformation photo, or before-and-after images of hoof work, stays next to the records it relates to instead of getting lost among your other photos.

For each horse, you can see what has already been done and what is coming up. You can also manage visits and appointments in one calendar.

All your appointments are in one calendar, which you can view as a list or by day, week, or month.

No. EQUINET does not book the next appointment for you, but it helps you plan it. Add a shoeing cycle to each horse, for example every six weeks, so you can see when the next shoeing is due, and then schedule the appointment yourself.

Yes. Go to Profile > Calendar Sync and turn on "Synchronize Schedule to Device." Your EQUINET appointments then appear in your phone's calendar. Tap Change to choose which calendar they are added to.

Sync works in one direction: EQUINET appointments are copied to your phone's calendar, but events from your own calendar are not added to EQUINET. If you turn sync off, events already copied stay in your calendar. Tap "Remove left over events" to delete them; this removes only events that came from EQUINET.

Anyone who is part of the horse's care team can be connected to it, for example the owner, farrier, vet, stable manager, and other care professionals. Everyone works from one shared history instead of separate apps and spreadsheets, and you decide what each person can see and do when you give them access.

There are two ways:
- Send a PDF report of the records you choose, for example by email or message.
- Give the person access to the horse in EQUINET. When you do, you choose their role, what they can see and do, and, if you wish, a date when their access ends.

Either way, you decide what to share, whether it is with a new vet, a trainer, or a prospective buyer.

When a horse's records and media are kept in EQUINET, it is easier to give a prospective buyer an organized history of the care the horse has received. You can send the buyer a PDF report or give them view-only access to the horse. When the sale is complete, you can transfer ownership of the horse to its new owner in EQUINET.

No. On every plan, including the free Core plan, you can create, send, and track invoices in EQUINET without separate accounting software:
- Core and Care: up to 5 invoices per month
- Premium and Business: unlimited invoices

If you already use QuickBooks or Xero, you can connect EQUINET to it on the Premium or Business plan. Accounting connections are not available on the Core or Care plans.

Yes. Go to Profile > Invoicing and Administration > Connect to Accounting Provider, choose Xero or QuickBooks, tap Connect, and sign in. Connecting an accounting provider is available on the Premium and Business plans.

- If you switch from EQUINET invoicing to Xero or QuickBooks, your earlier EQUINET invoices remain available under Archived Invoices.
- If you disconnect a provider, invoices already sent stay in that provider.

Before you disconnect, make sure all invoices have finished syncing. If some have not, tap Try Again and wait a few minutes.
